2. After clicking following link then click sign up 

3. Then you will see a page like this

4. Then you have to fill these 3 steps to place an order.

          * Cardholder details

          * Card Account information

          * Personal verification

5. Now click on the left arrow button from first step. And fill the details according to your Ntional ID Card or Passport.

6. After filling up all information click on Finish and enter to the next Step

7. Now click on the left arrow from card account information

8. Then click on finish and enter to the next step

Choose one of the verification method. and click finish.

9. If you done all steps correctly then your registration complete.

10. Then Payoneer will send a email to your email. And will asked for a scan copy to your National id card or passport. Payoneer email look like the following

From the email click on Upload link and submt your National ID Card or Passport Scan copy.

Then Payoneer will review your Account. It may takes few days to review, so be patient.

11. Then if Payoneer approve your scan copy then they will send a email look like this

12. It means they approved your account. It may takes 20-25 days to recive your payoneer master card. I have recieved within 20 days. 

You can get it within 3 days by DHL. For that you have to pay $60 .

NOTE: You will get $25 dollar bonus only if you load $100. That's mean when you load $105 then you will get $130 to your account. If you don't load any dollar to your account within 180 days then your card will be deactivated. You can load from Paypal.
