Samsung kies is a software which used to transfer file from your device. If
you have a Samsung galaxy then the easiest way to transfer your files are by
using Samsung kies software. Samsung kies allows you to access all of the media
files on your device also it will quickly create a backup or restore you
previous files.
You can transfer large files or application easily by connecting your Samsung device to your PC. Before that you have to download and install Samsung kies software to your computer. If you want to transfer files onto your device from the PC then click one of the heading from library section which includes photo, music. Then if you want to transfer photos then click on "add photo' and then carefully follow the instruction.
On the other hand, if you want to transfer files from your Samsung device to your PC then click on the section under the connected device heading and then choose an item you want to transfer and then save it to your PC. You will find all storage information for that click your device name top of the kies control panel.
Samsung kies allow you to create backup for everything on your device. So you can restore your phone from that backup. To do this like earlier process, connect your Samsung device to the computer. Then Samsung kies should automatically run if not then click on Samsung kies icon on your screen.
Then click on your device name at the top of the kies control panel then you will see all basic information. Then click on the Backup/Restore menu at the top of the window. Then select the backup option and choose the item like data, apps, information by click trick mark left of the each item to create backup. You can choose automatic backup for that click ’Automatically Back Up' at the top of the window. Otherwise do not disconnect your device while backup is processing.
Before transfer files you have check whether you Samsung device is connected as media device or not. It it is not connected as a media device then transferring files may be fail.
